I’m Chris Ullrich and I got my start many years ago working in the entertainment industry as a production manager, writer, line producer and producer. During that time I became a member of the Director’s Guild of America and also gained a great deal of experience in project management and content creation for film, television and the web.
Over time I’ve also created content and written for ThisWeekIn, The Unofficial Apple Weblog, Comic Book Resources, Cinematical, ComicMix and LAist. I’ve also continued to produce film, TV and web projects on a freelance basis and through my production company 1222 Studios.
Currently, I’m the Editor-in-Chief and Podcast Co-host of The Flickcast, a website and podcast about movies, TV, new media, comics, games, tech, cars and all things geek. In addition, I write daily on projects for film, tv, comics and often consult with individuals and companies on the best technology and other resources to improve their businesses and enhance their lives.
